The wine maker described the wine as: "100% Pinot Noir from the 2018 vintage. Not from the polished, pristine school of sparkling wine. This is vinous, expressive and deeply savoury, with red fruit, autumn leaves and a gentle earthy complexity beneath a fine, persistent fizz".

I’ve no idea what any of that means but I tasted it and it was nice.

Where is the wine produced?
The wine is produced in the UK by an award winning sparkling wine makers, but they wished to remain anonymous. You’ll just have to trust me, they make good stuff :)

Can I buy the wine and pick up in the shop in London?
Short answer is yes, this is possible.

Why do you only ship to the UK?
Basically shipping a bottle of alcohol overseas is complicated and depending on a combination of location and luck, can involve delays, checks, clearance, customs charges and tariffs. I don’t want to spend the next six months of my life answering emails and DM's about bottles of wine that are stuck in transit, haven’t turned up or have cost the buyer more than they expected in additional fees.

Ironically, Trumps tariffs are one of the reasons why it’s more complicated to send these to the USA, which is where they’re in high demand. Sorry!

I live in the USA, how can I get one of these?
You can buy online but you’ll need to ship to a UK address.

How long will the wine last?
It’s impossible to give a definitive answer to this, but I’ve been assured somewhere between 5-10 years.

How long will Trump last
I don’t know.

Have you tasted the wine?
Yes, me and my good pal Wilfrid Wood did a tasting and have approved the booze and certified it as good stuff.

How is the wine shipped?
The bottle and the box are shipped together but side by side in a box, rather than inside each other. This way, the wine is even more protected in a Polysafe polystyrene cylinder. The wooden box contains black shredded paper, so you can place the bottle inside if you wish. Especially if you are planning on giving it as a gift.

The package is sent by DPD 24hr Parcel.

Tracking will be added to your Shopify order once it’s shipped.

Why is the postage almost twice as much as usual?
More expensive packaging + more expensive courier.
After months of extensive research and testing, this is how much it costs to ensure a glass bottle and wooden box arrive in perfect condition.
